Sunday Funday - Hethersett Athletic Football Club held its annual youth team funday and presentation event at Hethersett Junior School on June 14th on a gloriously sunny and hot day. Village Litter Pick - The latest village litter pick took place on Wednesday June 3rd when volunteers helped to clear the lanes and footpaths south of the B1172 including Ketteringham Lane and the off road footpaths of Suckling Lane and Kissing Alley. The Hethersett Environmental Action Team has combined with the village green group under the HEAT banner. The group has issued a newsletter underlining work on green issues in the village. Old Hall School Open Day and Summer Picnic - Hethersett Old Hall School will be holding its fifth annual picnic concert on Friday 3rd July from 7 until 11 p.m. Live music will be provided by the Jonathan Wyatt Big Band and the Emma Hall Band. Those attending can either take their own picnic or buy food and drink from the licensed bar and barbecue.
