December 2016 - 62 pages including news from the village along with features and archive stories. We have news of a major sports award for athletics' coach Mike Utting, more pothole problems in the village, good news about the parish church's roof repair fund, a five page Remembrance special and news that new roads in the village will commemorate more fallen heroes from the First World War. There's also another village walk, an article on coping with stress, a list of coming events and much more. Edition 14.
January 2017 - 49 pages including a festive round-up of Christmas events in Hethersett, along with notes from clubs and societies. We meet a former Hethersett teacher who has started a second career as a successful artist and also carry a major feature on award winning athletics coach Mike Utting. There's comment and pictures from the village and a list of coming events. Edition 15.
February 2017 - 48 pages including a seven page picture special on Hethersett's annual village pantomime. The newly formed Heart of Hethersett Bereavement Group has been shortlisted for a community award whilst Hethersett Athletic has been named team of the month in the South and Central Norfolk League. There's news about a controversial housing sign which may be removed and more accolades for Hethersett Academy. We have the third in our series of Hethersett walks and full details of an important Sports Association meeting. All this along with news, views and comment from the village. Edition 16.
March 2017 - 67 pages including news of a new sports initiative at Hethersett Academy and a discussion on whether small is beautiful when it comes to education. We look back at the popular Little Melton Light Railway, discuss back pain in our regular Herald Health section, have an update on Hethersett hedgehogs and also look at the start of the cricket season. June 2017 - 85 pages our biggest edition to date - More parking problems in village, County and National elections, concerns over state of entrance to village, annual parish meeting reports, dementia group celebrates second birthday, Old Hall School fete, Little Melton Church Fete, news from groups and societies, a special feature on writer George Borrow, how to deal with back pain, the latest on Hethersett hedgehogs, full coverage of cricket, football and cycle speedway and much more. Edition 20.
July 2017 - 82 pages looking at news, views and photographs from village life. It's fete season and we have coverage of events at Hethersett Junior School, Hethersett Jubilee Youth Club and Woodside School. Also a new school is announced for the village and one of our shops has won a majore South Norfolk prize. There's news from groups and societies and the parish council and an interview with our new county councillor David Bills. There's also a full sports section which features cycle speedway and cricket and also a seven page special on Hethersett Library and an expanded What's On Section. Edition 21.
August 2017 - Another 85 page bumper edition - News, comments and photographs from the village. Review of a month that was both hot and wet with localised flooding hitting the village. We have coverage of numerous village summer events including the two mile village fun run and the open gardens Sunday. Edition 22.
September 2017 - 58 page edition - News, comments and photographs from the village.
